Winter Project

How we roll !
Rather than sit out the cold weather, we have taken on a project that hopefully will be fully complete and ready to roll out by March 2012. An upgrade for our Collector RoadShow vehicle is in progress & slightly ahead of schedule.   Our new ride will be a Ford e350 box van which has a curb weight [empty] of 11,500 pounds...  big enough that commericial trucks of same size are subject to DOT roadside inspection and must pull into the scale areas you see along the interstate highway system.  A 7.5 liter engine will pull our 14 foot long, ... Coin
I wrote an article titled United States Coinage Identity Crisis which has been published and may be viewed at the following link: http://goarticles.com/article/United-States-Coinage-Identity-Crisis/5330970/ The content below is that nearly 700 word article. Phoenix Rises

Nashville
If like Mike Wolfe & Frank Fritz of American Pickers on the History Channel; you love "rusty gold", then you probably like to browse the area antique dealers. Mike recently expanded the franchise into the Nashville market with a store located in a historic district & inside what was once the Marathon Motor Works. At 1300 Clinton Street, Nashville, TN, it features "picks" from their travels, collectibles & licensed gear for fans. An art gallery, auto museum & even a local distillery are side stops on the same block. No secret that Goodlettsville,TN has four antique malls which are within a three block area & always ... Fleamarket Dealer

Main Entrance
Collector Roadshow was a tax licensed business in the state of Kentucky while we operated from inside the largest climate control fleamarket in the state last year. Only due to logistics & health matters did we decide to pursue a different course. The interesting atmosphere there was addictive & we made many friends - even the fleamarket management asked us not to leave. Quite the menagerie, our booth had everything from gold to toys and featured a rather unique look. That and a couple of our lighted display cases caught the eye of just about anybody who entered our section. Roy & Robert worked ... [Readmore]
